Avoid taking a scatter-gun approach to your marketing and stop wasting money on poor marketing. Let us help you put in place a simple, practical and powerful plan that will get you results – for the long term.

Just four steps and two weeks is all it takes

  1. Two-hour pre-work and objective setting session (by phone or face to face)
  2. Six-hour intensive marketing strategy day (face to face)
  3. Written marketing action plan and calendar (sent as word doc by email)
  4. Unlimited phone and email advice to help you get it implemented (up to 3 months from plan)

During the intensive six-hour strategy day and in the plan we cover your;

  • purpose and vision
  • marketing and sales objectives - return on investment
  • customer value proposition (following our unique 10-step model)
  • packaging and pricing of your products/services
  • priority target markets and niche market opportunities
  • points of difference and key communication messages
  • naming, branding and marketing materials
  • website and internet marketing plans
  • four to six most appropriate promotional tactics to use
  • resources required to execute the plan
  • simple action plan for each tactic to get started straight away.

A small investment for a big return*

The cost for the Kick Start Marketing Plan is $5,000* (+GST). 50% of the fee is payable on commitment to proceed. The remaining 50% of the fee is payable upon submission of the marketing report.

*All prices exclude GST and are for strategy days at our consultant’s place of business. Travel and accommodation costs and out-of-pocket disbursements incurred for a consultant to travel to your place of business will be charged separately.

What then?

Getting a plan is one thing. Executing it and getting results is quite another! That's why once you've got a plan we don't just leave you to it. We offer part-time marketing managers (the best marketing graduates there are) to work on your plan under the supervision of Carolyn. Typically two days per week for six months is all that is required to implement the plan at which time the plan can be handed over to you or your team. Our goal is to help you be self-sufficient and build marketing right into your every day business practices.
